    Jen ended up customizing this Farmhouse Stool Step for me as I needed it slightly taller for my young granddaughter. Jen came up with the perfect dimensions, creating a piece that will be used for years. The rustic distressed paint and wood design is also NOT a "splinter risk" for little hands and feet. The stool is actually quite smooth and the decorative metal corner pieces is aesthetically pleasing and sensible for that purpose as well. The Stool Step is a practical useable work of art. It's made very well. There was only a minor problem that occurred during shipment by no fault of Jen's, as minimal damage occurred to the piece. When I told Jen what happened she offered advice on a quick & inexpensive fix. I definitely recommend Jen.
