We are the owners and founders of 3January ❤️, and we’d love to share a little about our story.

As a team of young entrepreneurs from Vietnam, we built our brand with pride in our homeland and a passion for creating beautiful handcrafted pieces. From the very beginning, it was important to us that every product would reflect both the skill of Vietnamese artisans and the elegance our customers are looking for.

After exploring many ideas, we chose to focus on handcrafted bows and decorative ribbons for weddings, celebrations, and special moments. These pieces may seem simple, but we believe they hold the power to transform a space and make memories feel even more magical.

Each bow is carefully handmade by skilled craftsmen and craftswomen from Vietnam, using quality fabrics and attention to every detail. From cutting and shaping to tying and finishing, every step is completed with care, patience, and love.

Can I change the size of an item from the order I just placed?

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 6 hours of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our customer care team (within the hour) with your order number and request details included in the email. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

Can I change or add anything to my order?

Unfortunately we can not change or add anything to your order after it has been placed. You will need to make a new order if you wish to purchase further items.

Can I change my order delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferrably within 6 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been shipped we might be able to change the delivery address. However, please note that as our warehouse works continuously on shipping orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it.

Custom and personalized orders

Please contact our customer service team directly within 14 days from receiving the item, so we can solve the issue.
