❤ ✶ WE DO NOT ALLOW ORDER CANCELLATIONS ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. Please be sure of your order prior to submitting it. Our turnaround time is posted in the shop banner, shop announcement, FAQ's, listing shipping tab, the first line of the listing description (in all capital letters) & when the item is added to your cart. This is all viewable PRIOR to checking out. Failure to observe this information is not grounds for a cancellation. ❤ ✶

❤ ✶ The uptick in online shopping this year due to the pandemic has caused unprecedented slow downs within the postal system and we appreciate your patience as they work through their backlog. These are not delays we have any control over. We know how frustrating this can be as we've experienced it ourselves on both incoming supply shipments and our own packages. We have extended our turnaround time to combat the slowdown in us receiving the supplies needed to fulfill orders. Packages marked as arriving late are still moving within the postal system, even if it has been many days since the last scan. First class mail is not a guaranteed delivery date service so their estimated delivery dates are guidelines only. We tried to get ahead of this slow down by shipping packages earlier than the ship date on your invoice, but even that has not helped. Unfortunately, we are unable to see any shipping updates other than what you see online. We do not have access to USPS's proprietary system.
Please report to us packages that are 14 days or older from the last scan. At that point we are able to file a lost mail report for you with USPS and we will work with you to replace your package. Refunds are not available on lost/delayed mail but we will happily replace your item. Thank you for your patience during these challenging times! ❤ ✶

❤ Orders will ship by the date listed on your order confirmation. This information can also be found through your Etsy account tab under your purchases. I work as quickly as possible to fill orders based on the order in which they are received. ❤ ORDERS PLACED THAT EXCEED THE PUBLISHED PERSONALIZATION LIMIT WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED. As much as I would like to reach out and discuss personalization changes/options this has become a time consuming process that we simply can't continue with our current volume. Please adhere to the posted personalization parameters to avoid order delays and cancellations. If you have a question about personalization please contact me PRIOR to placing your order. I'm more than happy to discuss options/issues at that time.

❤ If you’d like to add a symbol please let me know. ** SYMBOLS WILL NOT BE ADDED IF NOT REQUESTED. YOUR ITEM WILL ARRIVE WITH ONLY A NAME IF A SYMBOL IS NOT SPECIFIED ** Symbols shown in listing photos will not automatically be added.

❤ PROOFS: We do not machine engrave. We hand stamp. Each letter/symbol is hammered into the metal individually using steel marking tools, a hammer and an anvil. Because no machinery is involved, there is no way to provide a proof of the item. Proofs cannot/will not be sent even if requested.

❤ FOR DOUBLE WRAP BANDS, ITEMS WILL BE CREATED BASED OFF OF THE FIRST PHOTO IN THE LISTING. If the listing shows personalization on the top band and symbol on the bottom that is how your item will be made. If it shows personalization on the top/credentials on the bottom/symbol on the back that is how your item will be made. If you would like a change to the layout shown, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTE THIS EITHER IN THE PERSONALIZATION BOX OR NOTE BOX ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LACK OF COMMUNICATION REGARDING YOUR DESIRED LAYOUT PREFERENCES.

❤ FOR SINGLE BANDS, ITEMS WILL BE LAID OUT TO BEST FIT YOUR PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION. Not all fonts/symbols will be compatible with the symbol fitting under the name on a single band. This is due to width/height of both fonts/symbols. I will create your item to best showcase both, but name over symbol is not guaranteed. If you require reassurance about how your item will be laid out PLEASE MESSAGE ME PRIOR TO ORDERING FOR CLARIFICATION. Once your order is submitted you agree to allow us as makers to lay out the information in the most aesthetically pleasing way to fit your personalization

❤ PLEASE NOTE on double wrap bands alignment may not appear as shown in the listing photo. The alignment of the bands in your wrap depend on many factors including but not limited to: brand/model of stethoscope, width of tubing, choice of font, length of name/credentials and placement on your device. Refunds will not be issued for bands not aligning as shown in the listing photo. The photo is an example, not a guarantee. While these items are made to be adjustable and will fit *most* stethoscopes, they are not custom sized to stethoscope brand/model. We do not guarantee fit or alignment on your final piece.

❤ BADGE REELS- *PLEASE NOTE: Hanging multiple IDs/other items from your badge reel will place additional strain on the reel. The extra weight may contribute to the reel failing to retract. These retractable reels are designed to accommodate approximately 2oz in weight. TLP is not responsible for common wear and tear damage and will only guarantee hardware for 14 days.

❤ PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS UTILIZING ETSY'S CONVERSATION SYSTEM. Leaving a question via notes at checkout will lead to disappointment with your order. I do not review those notes prior to beginning work on your piece. Requests for expedited processing or delivery methods at checkout will not be seen until your item is ready to ship and therefore will not be honored.

❤ IF RUSH PROCESSING OR SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE there will be a listing in the shop for purchase. This upgrade will need to be added to your cart along with the item you are checking out. ALL ORDERS ARE FILLED BY THE DATE THEY ARE RECEIVED. We do not believe it's fair to prioritize one item/customer over another. Simply stating at checkout that you'd like me to work faster or that "this is when you need it by" will not make it happen. Rush fees guarantee I add production time to my day, meaning I'm in the studio longer in order to fit your order in. The price is reflective of this additional time. Orders placed without the rush fee will not be accommodated outside of our posted time frame. This option expedites production NOT shipping. If faster shipping methods are required you will need to purchase that option in the shipping dropdown at checkout.

❤ WE NO LONGER OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, (Please be advised that VAT taxes/duties and customs fees assessed by your receiving country are NOT the responsibility of Three Little Pixies. Each country's laws/requirements will vary and it is up to the buyer to be familiar with their home countries procedures.
