They are true to size, I ordered a 10 in the green, and they have lovely corduroy bottoms that provide a little bit of structure to the sole. They come just high enough over the top of my foot so that they actually stay on my feet, unlike some other slippers that constantly fall off my feet while I am trying to walk.

I think the slippers run wide, because when I asked her to make it extra wide (and I provided her with inaccurate measurements, so it's all on me), the slippers are too wide for my feet. Still comfy! And with a 12WW shoe size, I never get to wear footwear that's loose! Color was also great.

Do you take custom orders?
YES! If you have your eye on an item but would like a different color, or a slightly different design, click on 'Request a custom order,' and we can work together to design an item just for you.
Do you have an idea for an item that you would like made especially for you that isn't in my shop? Great! I'd love to work with you to create something unique for you. Send me a message, and we can take it from there.
Please be aware that custom orders (monogrammed items, designs made especially for you, requesting a color that is not available from the drop-down menu, custom color combinations, requesting a different type of yarn, etc) are non-refundable once the item is complete and marked as 'shipped'.
Care instructions
Most items are machine washable. However, as with all knits, it is preferable to hand wash knitted items and lay them flat to dry to keep them looking newer longer.
Please keep all knits away from velcro as it can create pilling!
Care instructions are included with each item. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me: I will happily answer any questions you may have about properly caring for your item(s).
I used the wrong address... Oops!
If ordering an item as a gift, and are shipping to an address other than your own, don't hesitate to call, text, or email your friend/family member and casually ask them to verify their address! I will mail items to the address given to me, and if the address is incorrect, please understand that I cannot be held responsible, and therefore I will not issue a refund. If you have recently moved, please make sure that the address you give is up to date. I cannot be held responsible for an item that is lost in the mail due to an incorrect address given by the customer.
Returns/Refunds
Exchanges are only issued if your item is damaged in the mail. In this case, please message me within 3 days of delivery with photo proof of damage. An exchange will be issued, per mutual agreement, once I receive the item with all tags attached. However, shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges will not be issued for items that are:
- Worn
- Damaged by the customer (torn, ripped, stained, stretched, etc)
- Altered/embellished in any way by the customer
- Holiday items cannot be exchanged for reasons that the holiday has passed and is no longer needed/wanted by the customer
Can I get my item by a certain date/holiday?
If you need your item(s) by a certain date, in order to avoid disappointment, please message me to see if I can accommodate your needs!
