5 out of 5 starsThe only reason that the shipping got 4 stars is that USPS lost the initial package, which is no fault to the seller. Seller did amazing with resolving this issue and sending me another tail. R.I.P the first one lost in USPS. Second one came in in less than a week. Very highly recommend.

The first attempt was lost in the mail and she worked diligently to get me another one out . During the process she helped me bring this concept to life as I’ve never dealt with Dragon Scalemail before. Highly recommend! Will be booking her for future projects!

Custom and personalized orders
We can customize almost all of our items in your favorite colors, to your preferred size, and our cosmetic items can be customized with the fragrance of your choice. Please send us a message to discuss your desired customizations.
Sizing details
We strongly recommend having a friend assist when you are measuring for our garments. We do not process refunds for items made using incorrect measurements. Crochet and knit garments do stretch with an ease of up to an inch, so be careful that your measurements are 'snug'.
Care instructions
For all crochet items I recommend hand washing in cold or warm water. Either hang dry or lay flat for best results.
For yarn tails, for maintaining your tails simply brush with any pet brush or hair brush. If you need to wash I recommend hand washing in cool water and hang to dry or lay flat. After tail has completely dried you can brush it with a pet brush (for best results).
Our ScaleMaille pieces (including ScaleMaille Tails) should not be fully submerged in water and are not recommended for washing machines. They can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, and spot cleaned if badly soiled-lay flat to dry and gently massage and stretch the garment to prevent shrinkage.

Gift wrapping and packaging
If you desire an item gift wrapped let me know before hand. I would be glad to gift wrap for an additional fee, and we can discuss your desired colors.
If an issue should arise with a custom order
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, but in the event that you are not satisfied with your piece we can offer exchanges for items of like kind and value if notified within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped.
In the event your ScaleMaille is damaged, we do offer 'trade in' value for your piece to be applied towards a replacement.
