I have ordered many SVG with sellers on Etsy. I have 2 issues with the downloads and the shop has ALWAYS been very helpful and we have gotten the download to work. This shop is not willing to work on or look to see what the issue is. Just told me there is no issue. So very poor customer service. Will not purchase from here again. Also all communication coming back is not in English so has to be translated. That may be part of the issue.
