How long will it take to get my topographic map print?
We custom print your map in Canada within 2 to 72 hours of receiving your order. A shipping tracking number is generated and your map will be sent on its way by the next business day. It will then be in transit for approximately 5-7 business days as it makes it way to you.
Are these 3D maps?
All of our maps have a unique 3D appearance but are flat to the touch. The 3D appearance is created by using specialized software to give the illusion that the landscape is illuminated by the sun at a low angle thus making hills, valleys and other topographic features more visible.
My cottage was built 5 years ago. Will I see it on my map?
Our high-resolution topographic maps are designed from the most current editions of publicly available digital maps (typically published 2010-2011). Buildings shown on maps are current only as of 1989-1994. Road networks on the other hand are current as of 1989-2010.
Where can I buy a frame for my map?
Our maps are printed in standard sizes. Stock frames can be purchased at your local craft store or favourite online marketplace. Our maps also look great dry-mounted.
I don't see a map of my cottage lake in your store. Can you make it for me?
We currently have hundreds of popular cottage country lakes on our list that we want to add to our store! Each topographic map takes some time to create and we hope to have them added over the next few months. Please feel free to contact us to see if your lake is on the list - we can likely bump it up in the queue for you to purchase!
