Have you tried felt or other organizers only to find that they lose their shape after a few months use or that they are "pilling" (covered all over with little fuzz balls)? My organizers are made with the finest quality fabric (twill or canvas) and will retain their shape, even after 3-4 years of constant use. And if they get dirty, they are washable (see FAQ's for information on washing).

A portion of my sales is donated to Whispering Willows Senior Dog Sanctuary in Hermitage, MO.
Senior dogs will most likely be overlooked when adopting at a shelter.
Whispering Willows is a non profit hospice for Senior Dogs where they can live out their lives in a loving environment. They are allowed to roam free in a fenced 5 acre country setting and/or can stay indoors if they want. They are kept inside at night.
Whispering Willows is a lifetime sanctuary providing shelter, medical care, and most of all love, until the senior dog passes. The rescue specializes in end of life hospice care for seniors, allowing some to experience love for the very first time. At Whispering Willows, Love is whispered until the last breath . . . .

My grandmother was a seamstress and although I don’t have time to sew, I can’t help but notice if a stitch is out of place. :) Wow!! Frequently asked questions
How long until I receive my organizer?
Shipping is in 1-2 weeks but may be much sooner, depending on the number of orders I have when you order.
Are your organizers made from felt?
No, my organizers are made from sturdier fabrics. I use either twill or canvas with interfacing in between. This will help shape your bag and prevent your bag from sagging on the bottom. No need to use a leather or acrylic base shaper with my inserts.
My inserts will last for years. A repeat customer (from 2 years ago) told me : " The organizers you have made for me are still wonderful and i’m still loving them. . . they still look brand new."
You will not need to replace my organizers in 3 months. They are made to last.
Are your organizers mass produced?
No, they are hand made to order. I like to take time to make each and every one the best it can be.

When will my order ship?
When you placed your order, you were given an estimated ship date. If you have forgotten or didn't see it, you can go to your profile on your Etsy account and click on purchases. Find your order from my shop and view your receipt which will have your ship date on it.
Care Instructions
A common question I get is "Are your organizers washable?"
I recently had a customer ask me that. She had purchased an organizer from me in 2016 and said it was needing to be washed. I told her if she wanted to wash it, I would suggest hand washing it in cold water, no dryer.
Before she read my response, she had already washed it in the washing machine. She said:
"I used warm water with reg. liquid detergent, no fabric softener. Did no harm, no discoloration, shrink or comprise the shape." She also just let it air dry, no dryer
I do strongly suggest using COLD water because some of the fabrics I use are 100% cotton. The ones that are a polyester/cotton blend would do well in warm water. Please contact me BEFORE you wash yours.
