If item arrives damage, please convo seller with what the damage is, and a picture or two of the broken item, the box it came in and the outside packaging. We will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions.

Seller Misrepresented item:

Contact seller immediately after delivery of package. Let us know how it was misrepresented. We will review and contact you within 24 hours with instructions.

We do not refund for any of the following reasons:

a) Buyers remorse
b) Improper size or fit (unless we misrepresented the size)
c) Shipping to you or return postage
d) If covered by postal insurance
e) Color in pictures not exact
f) If we shipped on time, but package did not arrive on time (ie Christmas or Birthday gift)

We insure and track all packages. International packages are insure to the point that they leave the US Airport. If you want your international package insure and tracked to your door, please choose Express Mail. If you do not choose express mail for your international package, then we can only guarantee that it left the US soil, and will only insure it to that point.

If your international package does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact your Customs or Postal Service before contacting us. Thank you!

We will report the actual value of the the package. In the USA, it is illegal to falsify the value or content of any package. Shippers in the USA can be charged with fraud if values or actual content is falsified. Please do not ask us to risk our business by asking us to be dishonest about the value of the package or what it contains.

I usually increase the contrast in my photos, so any flaws will be more pronounced.

Mint / Perfect: Self explanatory - RARE

Near Mint / Perfect: Like new - no noted flaws

Excellent: Minor flaws which do not compromise the piece

Very Good: Minor flaws, easily repairable and wearable flaws. Most items fit in this category

Good: Noted minor flaws, most likely repairable, wearable with care or after repair

Fair: Noticeable noted flaws, some significant, possibly wearable or repairable

As Found: A piece that is damaged beyond repair, recycle parts,valuable for research or for further study.

Care of Sterling jewelry: Patina is what gives older silver pawn jewelry its character. That’s why in our shop, we rarel remove patina – we let the new owner decide if they want the item to show its age or to be shiny. Authentic patina increases the value of old Silver, Gold, Brass and Copper pieces. It is not verdigris.

We often get asked about resizing cuffs. We suggest that you check with a local Silver Smith to resize or reshape your cuffs and rings.

GEMSTONES: Gemstones may or may not be LAB Gemstone or a NATURAL Gemstone. Some Gemstones have been altered in a lab. Gemstones have been tested with the Presidium Gem Tester. We are not gemologists, nor do we have the refractor equipment to test for identifying stones. We do test all gemstones on the Gem Tester to verify that a stone is a gemstone. So we can guarantee a stone is a gemstone, but cannot guarantee which it is. We can easily verify some stones, but not all.
