We are not accepting Return or Exchange but if we agree this is what you have to do:
For Return:
1- Must be in good condition (no damages) we can resell.
2- Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price.
3- Customer pay for shipping back with tracking number to monitoring when we will receive.

For Exchange:
1- Must be in good condition (no damages) we can resell.
2- Customer pay for both way shipping with tracking number to monitoring when we and customer receive the package.

VAT, Customs and Duty Tax are always the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the cost of shipping. As these charges vary by Country, the buyer is obligated to know and understand their own Country's policy regarding these fees. This information can usually be obtained by contacting your local post office.
If a buyer refuses a package due to imposed VAT/Custom fees, the postal service will return it to us. How long does this take? This can take weeks or months. No refunds will be issued until we receive the package. When we do receive the package, we will refund the cost of the order, minus shipping fees.

Any question or claim for shipping you need to address directly with USPS.com (Local Post Office)

LOST / DAMAGE / DELAYED ORDERS (We suggest pick the option with insurance at checkout what is Priority Mail)
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.

4×4 Graphics is not responsible for damage packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read “Delivered”). We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its “estimated arrival date” we apologize, but it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS.
A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.
To make a claim:
1- The claim need to be in 1-2 days after receive the package.
2- We need to see pictures of the package and item from both sides.
3- The item can't not be installed.
