I always like to credit my Grandmother for my love of sewing, crafting and taking on creative challenges. I love all things fabric, needle and thead. In the process I venture into yarn, clay and anything that sounds like a "great idea". Ha ha, it always starts with great ideas. My shop name is in honor or my two beautiful boys and my baby girl (my world, my everything). Yes, it does say 5 cub den, not 3 cub den, LOL. But that is a story for another day. I have a wonderful husband that is my tree. In my mind he is that because he is literally as tall as one, LOL. He is my shelter in rocky times, my place of comfort, strength and wisdom. Yes, he's pretty great! My faith is strong. My walk with God allows me to be nice when it is not so easy to be. Kind when needed and strong always. Through him I can do anything. By nature I am a fiery Latina, so God keeps me humble.
My professional background is a very office, corporate background. I'm very regimented and polished at work so this is an outlet for a rather boring HR professional, LOL.
My ears are nice on the eyes, sturdy but not indestructible, LOL. All of my ears should be worn, removed and stored with care. Ears with accents, clay or otherwise, should be worn, removed and stored with MUCH care. Probably not best to remove them and quickly shove them into the the storage compartment in front of you when on park rides. They may go from Snow White to Grumpy or Prince to Frog, LOL. I love getting compliments on my ears while at the Parks soooooo, I know you will too. Especially from Cast Members. We ear makers or buyers spot each other in a crowd of 100. We see cute ears, compliment and of course ask where they got them from. I am a new store on Etsy so recommendations are ever so appreciated.
I started by making ears for myself as I am a perfectionist and wasn't finding the quality or creativity in ears I wanted. I pride myself in meticulous work.
