Welcome to Five Snowflakes Designs!!

My shop sells patterns for crocheted items for babies, children and adults. I have animal hats, unique hats, boot cuffs, fingerless gloves, neck warmers, soother clip patterns and more. I am always working on new styles and designs!

All of my patterns are buy 3, get 1 free. You just need to buy your 3 patterns, and tell me in the note to seller which pattern you would like free. It will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Welcome to Five Snowflakes Designs!

When I first opened my little shop, it was called Cute Capes... because that is what I first started selling. When we moved our oldest daughter from her infant seat to a child carseat, I wanted something quick to put on that would be warm and cozy and cute! I sewed a little fleece cape with a warm collar that everyone seemed to like!

Then I also added some cute crocheted hats and headbands to my store - and changed the name to Cute Capes 'n' Caps.

Since then I have discovered that I love designing patterns, and all of my items are now my own design. My patterns cover a wide range of items - animal hats, basic hats, cuddle cocoons, fingerless gloves, scarves, and more, and I thought I needed a name that would work for everything I make!

Thus, the name Five Snowflakes Designs... five for the number of our little family, snowflakes because they are beautiful and unique (and I hope my patterns are too!), and designs because that's what I love doing!
