Returns and exchanges
It is very important that the package is clearly marked "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form/shipping paperwork to avoid additional import charges and delays. If such charges are incurred when the item is returned, this will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All U.S. orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If the item is returned the DDP taxes (10% of the order subtotal) already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
For exchanges, all of the above conditions apply. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) and for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
U.S. import taxes and duties
We take care of all customs charges, duties, or tariffs for U.S. orders. You will not be charged any fees upon delivery of your order (shipping is Delivered Duty Paid - DDP).
