Almost all clothing can be customized for any branch and can be made on t-shirts, tank tops, long sleeve shirts, and sweatshirts available for the whole family in a variety of different colors. When Will My Order Be Shipped?
You can see the details of your order anytime ( including tracking number) by clicking on the "You" button in the right bottom corner. Your "ship by date" will be viewable from there. Processing time frames are listed in each individual purchase. If you purchase more than 1 item at a time, processing time frame will follow the item with the longest processing time.

Custom and personalized orders
Great question! "Proper monogram order" is first LAST middle initials. ( ex: Monica Alexandrea Stone's monogram is MSA )
We ask all customers to put initials in the order you want them to appear due to the fact that some people prefer to have their initials in first middle last order. This is completely up to you what order you'd like them in which is why we please ask you write them in the order you want them to appear!
I Am Local, Do You Offer Item Pick Up Or Delivery?
At this moment we do not offer local item delivery, or pick up for safety reasons.
Custom and personalized orders
1 Clean and dry the area decal will be applied.
2 Remove the paper backing slowly making sure the decal stays adhered to the transparent transfer tape.
3 Carefully position the decal to the desired area. Once the decal sticks it will be nearly impossible to move. Rub the decal from one side to the other, eliminating any air bubbles.
4 Use a hard edged object like a credit card to make sure the entire decal is fully adhered to the surface.
5 Slowly remove the transfer tape at a 45 degree angle. You may need to hold the vinyl down with one hand while slowly peeling/rolling the transfer tape off with the other.
Do the props in the photo come with my order?
Any items that are used a props in the photos do NOT come with your order. Only the apparel that is specified when choosing size and color. Necklaces, shoes, pants, watch, flowers, etc. are just props to give you an idea of how to style your item. They do NOT come with your purchase.
