Make sure that your candle is on a sturdy, flat surface in a safe place away from anything flammable. Also ensure that it is away from children and pets. Never leave it unattended and please do not burn it for more than 4 hours.

Keep your wicks trimmed down to at least 1/4 of an inch to ensure that it burns properly!

Discard your candle once the wax has burned down to about a half inch in its container.

Each order contains a sample tea light candle as a thank you for your order. For large orders and during holiday season I usually add an extra sample. The scent is my choice unless you send me a message with a request to try a specific scent for future orders.

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap to help ensure their safety and are shipped in a small box or bubble mailer.

For candles, tea lights and wax melts: I put a note on each order's shipping label during the summer to alert USPS that there is a fragile item that should not be left in direct sunlight during the warm months.

These are called "wet spots". They are not actually wet but the spots are due to the candle not adhering to the jar in that spot. Wet spots are the nemesis of candle makers. You can do everything perfectly and still get a wet spot. But, don't worry! These spots do not affect the candle at all, it is just something superficial that makes every candle as unique as beauty marks on a person.

Please send me a message that includes a photo of the damaged item so that I can file a claim with USPS. From there I will work with you to either refund or replace your order.

I try my absolute best to make each order perfect with fragrance oils that are true to their real life counterparts, however scents are subjective. Given that my items are made to order, I cannot refund an order because it does not appeal to you.

Place your fizzy sea star in a place where it can be lightly spritzed by water, but not submerged or under a continuous, hard water stream. This will ensure that the fizzy gets activated but doesn’t disappear too quickly. Try placing it in a corner of your shower or in a shower basket under your showerhead. You may want to drop a small sprinkle of water on the fizzy to make sure it gets activated.

Please use these fizzies in your shower and not as bath bombs. These fizzies have higher concentrations of scented oils than bath bombs and are not meant to be use when soaking in a bath tub. Always use caution when you add anything to your shower to avoid any slips and falls!
