I didn't need custom service, but the seller sent a handwritten note, which was such a sweet touch! Will order again from this shop for sure!!!!

My only regret about buying this is that I can only give the seller 5 stars! She deserves 1000 stars! Awesome craftsmanship, fast shipping, stickers and a thankyou note?!?!?! Easily the best shop on Etsy! Will buy from again!

Custom and personalized orders
I use Fray Check on all of my bags to keep the edges from fraying, this product does have an odor that some people find bothersome. The smell does fade over time.
This product should be washed on the delicate or handwash cycle and hung up to dry.
Once the item has shipped it is out of my hands how long the product takes to get to you.
