5 out of 5 starsThis seller was absolutely wonderful to work with! I was trying to get this gift here in time for my partner's birthday, and unfortunately, the first one arrived broken because of USPS. The seller was incredibly fast, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. She even gave me a partial refund for something that was completely out of her control and entirely the post office’s fault, which was incredibly generous. The replacement arrived safely, and the capsule is AMAZING! It is absolutely beautiful and I already know it’s going to be my partner’s favorite birthday gift. Thank you SO much for being such a wonderful seller and for making sure everything worked out! The craftsmanship is beautiful, the customer service was fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. Metroid for life! 🚀
