Purchased this gift for my nephew, the customer service with regard getting this order delivered was excellent, once the delivery was out it came exactly within the timescale suggested. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this purchase. There was excellent communication from this seller. I had initially ordered birthstone charms/tags for all of my grandbabies, including two who had not arrived yet. The last baby cane almost a month early, meaning her charm was incorrect. I reached out to see what it would cost to buy the new charm, and I was offered a free exchange. A completely wonderful gesture, considering the error was mine. I joked that I did not trust myself to return the incorrect charm. Today, when I got home from a very difficult day at work, I found an envelope in the mail from an address, I did not recognize. Upon opening the envelope, I discovered a card with the sweetest message and the correct charm. I now have a beautiful, high quality necklace that honors all of my babies!

If I ever need another custom, hand stamped ring, this is where I will go. Better than the ring it replaced!! Thank you.
