4 out of 5 starsThe item was good quality and was well made. Response was on time as well. Shipping, however, took 12 days to arrive. I realize that shipping is out of the vendors control still when you’re tracking its progress and seeing it sit in an area for days it’s aggravating. If you need an item at a certain time, order a month earlier than needed.

Custom Growth Chart Ordering
When ordering a growth chart ruler please be sure to select your font choice by leaving us a note with your order. If no font is selected we will choose a font that we think looks best with the personalization you requested.
Address Change Requests
We are not responsible for packages being shipped to the incorrect address. We will ship your package to the address given to us on your order. We cannot guarantee that email requests for change of address will be processed.
Artwork Ownership
We have exclusive ownership of any/all designs we create, which includes custom designs. We have the right to share any of our designs online and via and other social media outlets. We also have the right to sell any of our designs, including custom pieces. If questions are asked to us within your order notes we will address them during the week we are working on your order.
