If you like an item in the shop but prefer another color or fiber, or need a smaller/larger size, I will be happy to try to make it if I can get the right yarn. I do not take custom orders for things you don't see in the shop (e.g., sweaters, mittens, socks, blankets, layettes).

If you wish to place a custom order, I will work with you to arrange an agreeable turnaround & delivery time before you make the purchase. Please reach out via Etsy convo with your inquiry. Requests for a different type of fiber may increase the price of the item.

Most of my ready-made knits are acrylic or washable wool. You *could* put them in the washer using a garment bag and a delicate cycle, but they will look newer and last longer if you hand wash. Never put them in a dryer: wrap in a towel, gently squeeze out the water, and lay flat to dry.

If you see a pair of earrings but prefer a different color metal or type of ear wire (lever back, French hook or posts), I am usually able to change the components at no extra charge. I keep a variety of metal types in stock, including silver & gold plated, bronze, copper, gunmetal and rose gold. Upgrades to finer metals (sterling silver or gold filled) may also available for a small surcharge. Please ask!

Don't wear jewelry in the pool, lake or ocean. / Don't wash dishes or do household chores while wearing bracelets. / Don't use standard jewelry cleaners; they are too harsh for fashion jewelry. / If you wear lotions or perfumes, allow them to dry well before putting on your jewelry. / To prevent oxidation for metal jewelry, store in a plastic bag or a container with anti-tarnish paper.

If you would like a pair of earrings to match a bracelet but don't see a matching pair listed, I can usually make one. Please send me a convo to let me know which bracelet you'd like to pair up and what kind of earrings you'd like, and I'll let you know what I can do. Costs would be in line with other similar earring styles in my shop.
