What is your current turn-around time? (within USA)
Most of our items are ready for shipping. Our same-day shipping cut-off time is 12NN(PT). Our default shipping is USPS First Class Package and there are shipping upgrades available upon check out.
If the customer wishes for express mailing method (overnight), we need to receive the order confirmation not later than 8AM(Pacific Time).
Processing for custom order varies.Refer to our Custom Items section for specific processing day/s.
If the event is within the current week (7 business days from purchasing date) , we HIGHLY recommend upgrading the shipping to USPS Priority Mail.

I really love your Party Theme Collection but I have a specific color combination for my party. Is this possible?
Yes. We have over 30 colors available that you can choose to compliment your event. Drop us a message with your color desired and we'll do our best to provide a color combination that will compliment your event.
