What type of printing do we use?
All products are printed with direct-to-garment (DTG) technology that prints the ink directly into the garment.
Sizing
There is a size chart included with each listing .All our clothing items are unisex. For a better fit feel free to compare the size chart with a shirt/sweatshirt you currently own!
Shipping times
Our items are individually made with love for each of our buyers. Because of this, our processing time is 2-7 business days (depending on order volume) plus transit time, but typically much faster.
Shipping within the US typically takes 2-7 business days AFTER production.
Do keep in mind that there might be delays in transit due to carrier issues and therefore we cannot be held responsible. Refunds are not provided for delayed orders.
Wrong, or Damaged Items
If you received an item that is incorrect or damaged please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order so we can take care of it right away for you. When getting in touch about a damaged or wrong item, please include a picture of your item so we can assist you quicker.
Delay in transit/Shipping/Lost items
We are not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances that are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
Incorrect Address
Any orders including incorrect shipping addresses due to customers' errors will not be refunded after shipped. If the shipping address needs to be changed, please reach out to correct your address soon after you submitted the order. If the order get send back to sender we can ship another item for an additional fee.
