Due to the digital nature of these items, you will have immediate access to the files once your payment clears and therefore we can't accept returns and/or provide refunds.

Please contact us (through Etsy messaging) if you have any issues with your purchase and we'll do our best to help.
Please also confirm your cutting software will accept our file types before purchasing and carefully read our item descriptions.

Log into your Etsy Account > Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Purchases > Download Files

You will also receive an automatic email from Etsy that includes a link to download your files after your payment has cleared. Be sure to check your e-mail after purchasing (including your spam/junk mail as this sometimes gets placed in there). This may be a separate e-mail from any receipt e-mail you receive from Etsy.

If you still can't find the files, please let us know through Etsy's messaging system as we'd be happy to e-mail you a direct copy if needed :)

There will be no ABC watermark on your purchased files, this is just on the mock-up images to help prevent design theft. Please note that any mock-up images that display any physical item (such as t-shirts, home decor signs, etc) are intended to show you what our design will look like on these such items. You will NOT receive any physical items from us.

❤ SVG - for Cricut Design Space, Brother ScanNCut or Silhouette "Designer" Edition
❤ DXF - for Silhouette Cameo (basic edition)
❤ PNG/JPG - can be traced and used in Cricut/Silhouette (only recommended for those who are already familiar with how to trace images)

Tip: SVG's only work with the "Designer" edition of Silhouette's Studio software, if you do not have that, you will use the DXF file.

When you purchase any design from us you are agreeing to the following:
★ You will NOT resell our files as CLIP ART or a DIGITAL FILE
★You will NOT share OR modify/use any part of our design to make another digital design for you to sell
★ You MAY use as is or add elements to our design to sell on PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
★You will NOT use or share any of our designs on print-on-demand websites or commercial websites such as Redbubble, Amazon, Printful, Teepublic, CafePress, Zazzle, Society6 etc.

It is your responsibility to research trademarks for any physical items that you wish to sell. ABCEasyAsSVG will not be held responsible for any trademark violations as we don't delegate what item types you are selling our designs on

After downloading your files, double click on the zip folder to open it
Click on the file you need
Click extract button at the top
Upload your extracted file to your cutting software

Please note: If you try to upload a file to your cutting software that hasn't been extracted first, it will not work.
