She also went out of her way to make sure I received the letters before traveling, so I could give the gift in person.I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. The letters came securely wrapped too.

Frequently asked questions
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or returned. If your item is custom in any way, you can request a photo, which I will send you before preparing for shipping. If you have any issues with the art, you have 24 hours to let me know before I ship the item.
Returns/Replacements are accepted only for items with obvious physical defects. Proof of defects will be required with photos e-mailed to me within 48 hours of receiving the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I gladly accept custom orders. If you do not see something in my current inventory that is your style, just send me a private message with your idea and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
RUSH ORDERS
To stay fair to all my customers I DO NOT accept rush orders. I complete everything in the order they were received on my end. The current processing time for a particular item can be found on the individual listing or in my shop announcement.
I always aim to get things out sooner then the estimated ship by date if possible on my end :)
DOES IS REALLY TAKE YOU SIX WEEKS TO PAINT NURSERY LETTERS?
While each set only takes me about a day or two to complete. It typically takes me about six weeks to get through all the existing orders in my queue, so I can start your set.
To stay fair to clients I paint sets in the order they were received. I always aim to get things out as soon as possible on my end. But being a one woman shop, I can only paint so much in a day.
If you have any questions about a deadline please message me before placing an order.
I LOVE YOUR LETTERS, BUT THEY ARE OUT OF MY BUDGET
If your child's name is lengthy and they number of letters needed is out of budget you can always order initials or a monogram to make the set more affordable.
