Hi, I’m Ashley — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, and creator passionate about making mental health tools accessible outside of the therapy office.

I started creating these resources after noticing something important in my work with clients: real growth doesn’t only happen during therapy sessions. People wanted structured ways to reflect, regulate emotions, and understand their patterns between sessions — but many didn’t have practical tools to guide them.

So I began designing therapist-created reflection decks, journals, and digital resources that combine clinical knowledge with real-life relatability.
