Founded in the spring of 2024, "A Cali Life" store began as a small creative endeavor with just a few humble sales. Everything changed in early June when I discovered—and quickly fell in love with—the captivating game of Mahjong.

At the time, there were very few Mahjong-inspired items available on Etsy, so I designed a custom "weekender bag" to hold my Mahjong rack and tiles. To my surprise and delight, it sold almost immediately. Soon after, a thoughtful customer requested a matching tile bag, which led to the creation of a complementary large T-bottom pouch. Another customer inspired the popular "My Lucky Mahjong Cup" design—and from there, the ideas and creativity haven’t stopped flowing.

It brings me so much joy to see how my designs have resonated with fellow Mahjong lovers. More than anything, I’m thrilled to witness the growing appreciation for this timeless game and to play a small part in making it even more special for others.
