Care instructions

Please handle your new jewelry with care - although made to be durable, not carefully handling it can result in breakage.

We recommend that you do not wear your jewelry while swimming although we do use a gloss glaze to keep our items waterproof.

Our products may not be suitable for young children due to small parts as they can pose a potential choking hazard!

Custom and personalised orders

If you would like to place a custom order, please send me an Etsy message and I'll get back to you shortly.

I offer entirely new designs as well as variations of existing products. Please note that custom orders take longer to create as they are personalised, so please allow around 1 to 2 weeks for me to make it. Depending on the request of course, this can take slightly less or more time.

Sizing details

Sizing details are usually either stated in the description of each listing or added as a photo where the item is being held to show the scale.

Item broken in transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. A refund or replacement can be arranged but please note that the buyer will need to provide proof of damage such as a photo.

Returning customers receive a 10% discount on their order! A coupon code is emailed to you in your order confirmation on your first purchase.

Yes, we are happy to say that we now offer worldwide shipping.

Wrong address given

If you accidentally provided the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible and it can be changed with no problem if your order has not yet been dispatched.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct address. Please double check that it is right before you place your order.

If your order has already been dispatched and we were not notified of the address mistake, we are unfortunately unable to offer free replacements or a refund in that case. If this happens, please try contacting the new residents and arranging a collection.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our processing time is currently 5-7 working days, however orders are usually dispatched earlier. Once your order has been posted, the delivery aim is different for various locations:

UK: 1-3 working days
Everywhere else: usually 5-7 working days or slightly longer

This also depends on whether you have chosen a shipping upgrade.
