I’m Adalberto José González Rodríguez, an architect with over 20 years of experience designing and building homes and furniture. Born in Argentina and now based in Madrid, I founded this studio on a simple belief: BRILLIANT DESIGN SHOULDN'T BE A LUXURY.
OUR MISSION: DEMOCRATIZING DESIGN. Traditional architecture fees often put professional design out of reach. At ADAL ||| Studio, we cut through the inefficiency of the old model. We are a 100% VIRTUAL STUDIO that sells the core value—the architectural intelligence—directly to you, the builder. - MODULAR HOUSE MODELS: Our flagship designs are passive, efficient homes built with a lightweight steel and wood framing system. Unlike prefabricated modules, our system is designed for on-site assembly using standard market materials (like boards), ensuring zero waste and minimal cost. The dimensions are precise, and the designs are easily customizable, allowing you to add or remove rooms as needed. You receive the full documentation: layouts, elevations, sections, structural calculations, and MEP plans.
- BESPOKE HOME DESIGNS: For unique projects, we offer full, ready-to-build documentation packages tailored to your needs, from basic core plans to comprehensive construction sets.
- FURNITURE BY ADALBERT JOSEPH: Our industrial design pieces are signed under my design brand, ADALBERT JOSEPH. We offer construction manuals for iconic furniture, including detailed blueprints, cut lists, 3D assembly instructions, and DXF files for laser-cutting the signature plaque. BUILD DESIGNER QUALITY FOR A FRACTION OF THE RETAIL COST.
HOW IT WORKS & IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTES: When you purchase a manual, you are buying the design intelligence, not a full-service architectural contract.
- VIRTUAL STUDIO: We do not provide on-site supervision, project management, or legally binding signatures for permits.
- LOCAL COMPLIANCE: While our plans are structurally calculated based on decades of real-world experience, building codes and soil conditions vary globally. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIRING A LOCAL ARCHITECT AND/OR ENGINEER to review the plans, adapt foundations to your specific soil (geotechnical study recommended), and handle permitting in your jurisdiction.
- SUPPORT: We are here to help. After your purchase, you can contact us with questions about interpreting the plans or construction details. We want you to build with confidence.
LICENSING & USAGE: Our manuals are licensed for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.
- You may build the home or furniture for your own use.
- You may not sell the furniture you build, nor fabricate and sell our house designs as prefabricated homes, without a formal licensing agreement.
