We are fashion atelier based in Sofia, Bulgaria and have been making handmade garments for the past 30 years. Working with custom orders and personal measurements, our goal is to deliver unique garments made individually for each of our clients. To meet the high expectations of our loyal customers we create wide range of clothing for every event and occasion, appropriate for all types of styling.
IMPORTANT:
The estimate delivery time for the express shipping is 1-3 business days, but due to the current pandemic situations, delivery days may change, as different countries have different handling systems. In order to avoid any complications with the shipping, please add your phone number in your order and check your emails and tracking numbers right after they have been added. We do not take responsibility for unsuccessful delivery attempt.

We try to ship the items from 5 to 10 business days after the purchase is made and the payments has gone through. The bill of lading is filled automatically with the address in from your Etsy account. If you wish to receive it at a different address, make sure you put down note with it.

Sizing details
Please use the size chart we have placed in the image section of each listing.
We LOVE to work individually for every customer and we prefer to manufacture our garments by your measurements and requirements. Ask us straight away or leave us a note with your purchase. We do NOT charge extra for item personalization.
Our measurement tips: When taking measurements is best if someone else is doing it, so inaccuracies are avoided. Please do not measure over clothing. In the description of each listing you will find measuring guide for each required part of the body.
Color Specifics
If you can not find your color amongst the options, we are happy to provide you with different samples and variations of the closest we can get for you. Please keep in mind that images of colors and cartels may differ, due to specifics of monitoring settings. If you are uncertain about the appearance of a particular color, ask us right away and we will clear all doubts.
When my order will be shipped?
We try to ship the items from 1 to 3 weeks after the purchase is made and the payments has gone through.
We need this time because we manufacture every garment by hand and pay special attention to all the details. In addition, we offer quick workmanship if your garment is for special occasion. You can order express delivery or overnight shipping.
We do not ship items during national holidays and weekends. However, we are available and can be contacted during this time. Please note that custom orders may take longer as it requires additional time and special attention.
What information do you need for the delivery process?
We use DHL standard or express shipping.
The bill of lading is filled automatically with the address in from your Etsy account. If you wish to receive it at a different address, make sure you put down note with it.

Exchanges and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our main goal. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our item, there are several ways we can resolve the situation.
We except exchanging requests within 3 calendar days, from the date of delivery.
If you wish to return a garment, the item has to be unworn and in perfect condition, with labels attached and in original packaging.
We will make the full refund, once we receive the item and is in its original packaging. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
Wholesale availability
We do wholesale. If you wish to make a wholesale order, contact us and we will discuss personally all questions, requests and further actions.
