Is this AI art?
Yes. We make our designs with AI tools: image models working from our own original prompts and, for some pieces, code we write with an AI assistant. Then we choose, edit and finish every design ourselves before it goes to print. Each listing says how its design was made.
Who prints and ships my order?
Printful, our production partner. It prints your piece after you order, with direct-to-garment printing, and ships it to you, usually from its facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.
When will my order arrive?
Printing takes 3-7 business days after you order. US shipping is free and usually takes 3-4 business days after that. Your order page shows the estimated delivery date, and you get tracking when it ships.
My print arrived wrong or damaged. What now?
Message us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the whole piece and a close-up of the problem. We reprint and reship it free, or refund it if we can't. You don't need to send anything back.
Can I return or exchange for a different size?
Each piece is made for your order, so we don't take returns or exchanges for fit or a change of mind. Check the size chart in the listing photos before you order. If you ordered the wrong size, message us within 2 hours and we'll cancel it.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship free to the 50 states and Washington, D.C.
How do I care for my shirt?
Wash it inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or hang it to dry. Don't iron the print and don't dry-clean it.
Sizing details
Unisex tees are the Bella+Canvas 3001, a retail fit: size up if you like a roomier look. Women's tees are the Bella+Canvas 6400 relaxed fit, about 3 to 4 inches shorter in the body than the unisex tee, with about the same chest width. Both come in S to 3XL. Every listing's photos include its size chart, in inches and centimeters. Quickest check: lay a T-shirt you like flat, measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, and pick the size closest to that number.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We don't offer gift wrapping yet. You can ship straight to the person it's for: enter their address at checkout. Add a gift message at checkout and it's usually printed on the packing slip.
