What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Since every item is made-to-order specially for you, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for size issues or buyer’s remorse. Please be sure to double-check the size you require before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please send us a message within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Can I cancel my order?
I don’t accept cancellations, but if you contact me within 2 hours of placing your order, I may be able to help before production begins.
