Welcome — I’m Teressa, the heart and hands behind A Faith Life. For more than three decades, my husband and I have served together in Christian ministry, grounded in Scripture and guided by a deep love for God, family, and the work of His Church. Through years of ministry, discipleship, and lived faith, I’ve come to believe that theology is not merely studied — it is lived out in ordinary moments, faithful choices, and quiet surrender.
Each piece you’ll find here is written from that foundation: Biblically rooted, prayerfully considered, and created to encourage authentic faith in everyday life. My writing reflects a thoughtful, theologically sound Christian perspective — offering words that are both comforting and true to Scripture.
