PRINTS are printed on archival fine art paper with archival pigment ink which is waterproof and has a lovely richness.
LARGER PRINTS - I have the ability to make larger prints, for example I can turn an 8"x10" print into an 11" x 14" print or an 8" x 8" print into a 12" x 12" print (there is a $15 up-charge for print size increase). Simply contact me if you would like to order a larger scale print and I will make you a custom order.
POSTCARDS are high quality, printed by professional card printers. If you are interested in a larger quantity or custom assortment, contact me and I will make you a custom order.

Shipping
If you would like your item shipped using another shipping method such as UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, etc. Please let me know, and I will make such arrangements.
Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. That includes upgrades for insurance.
I can not be responsible for items lost or stolen in the post. I also can not be responsible for a lost item if you have provided an incorrect address to Etsy.
I stress, please make sure your Etsy address is correct. Your item will be shipped within 2-4 business days of payment received.

Refunds and Exchanges
I do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless there is a viable significant "defect" issue with your product.
I can not be responsible for defects or issues that ocurr during shipping.
There are no refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse. A purchase is a binding contract, so please shop carefully and responsibly.
Your refund will only go into effect after you have shipped the item back to me, and it arrives in the same condition you received it in.
