Hello,
My name is Alecia and I’m a photo manipulation artist and graphic designer from Arkansas. I have always loved world building and have been daydreaming and creating stories in my brain for as long as I can remember. I started using my storytelling abilities to create art when I earned my bachelor’s in graphic design, and since then I’ve fallen in love with narrative-driven surrealism and all forms of fantasy art.
Having grown up in the Ozarks, I developed a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature, which along side music that moves me, serves as a huge inspiration for my work. There is something truly magical about the rolling hills, fields, rivers, and lakes back home. I aim to create art that encapsulates this same energy and magic.
Each piece is woven to invite the viewer into a space that feels like “between worlds”....not quite this reality, but not completely beyond the veil either. These images are born from my love of fantasy writing and narrative storytelling, encouraging you to see your own stories or feelings within them.
