SHIPPING
We are located in New York City's world renowned Diamond District. All of our shipping is done through USPS. Tracking information is provided to the customer as soon as the item ships.
All items are insured at value by usps and adult signature will be required for purchases of $150 or more, unless otherwise instructed by the buyer in which case we are not responsible for stolen packages.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I PURCHASED IS OUT OF STOCK?
We do our best to update our Etsy shop as items go in and out of stock, however if you happen to order an item that is no longer in stock we will refund you the full payment IMMEDIATELY. As well as inform you when the item you attempted to purchase is back in stock.
