Custom and personalized orders
All personalized listings are MADE TO ORDER and therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Sticker Orders
Sticker orders are non-refundable and may be returned ONLY if there is an issue with the print or cut of the sticker sheets. All sheets are inspected prior to shipping. If the shipment is damaged by the carrier, please contact the carrier. Then contact me to discuss the issue. We will do whatever is necessary to fix the issue and make your experience with AGW Design Studio a positive one.
Digital Orders
Digital orders are non-refundable. Once the file has been sent, we will not issue any refunds or exchanges
T-Shirts and Totes Customization
All T-shirts and Totes are customized using Heat Transfer Vinyl. Care instructions will be included with each item.
Suggested care:
🏷 Wash inside out
🏷 Wash in cold water without fabric softener
🏷 Air Dry is recommended
🏷 Do not iron - If iron is needed, do so inside out with a towel over the item

Shipping Issues
If an item is not received we will do what we can to ensure that item is located and delivered or even replaced. We do not issue refunds unless it is a quality control issue. We are not responsible for additional shipping time once the item is shipped.
