Custom and personalised orders
We will be happy to help with any design you have in mind or help you to recreate a piece you owned and lost. Any image or even a sketch will be useful. I will send you a rendered image and design image with the measurements for your approval before we go ahead start production on the piece. Personalized and Custom orders are not refundable! .
Can I cancel my order after placing the order?
You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.
Care instructions
When worn regularly, your gold jewelry is exposed to skin oils, perspiration, dust, makeup, and more. To keep its shine, you should clean your jewelry regularly with a solution of 10-parts warm water and 2-parts dish soap.
Soaking is the key: per Real Simple, you should soak your gold jewelry pieces for 3 hours and then scrub them gently with a very soft brush. Rinse under clean water and blot dry with a cloth.
Bonus tip: for an extra shine, use a jewelry polishing cloth after this! Do not use a paper towel or tissue as these can scratch your jewelry.
Clean with soap as needed: by all means, clean your jewelry at home; but, don’t overdo it! Only clean your jewelry as needed when it’s visibly dirty or gathering a patina. Do not use Bleach!
What is your policy for damaged items?
We guarantee our jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects when we ship them out. Manufacturing defects can include clasp breakage, missing pavé stones, dents, loose diamonds, or loose prongs. But This does not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched and bent rings lost jewelry or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning, using, or storage.
Are all your listed items real and natural?
All of our diamonds are 100% natural. Not enhanced or treated in any way. Most of our gemstones are natural. Some are enhanced and clearly and visibly stated in the listings. None of our gemstones or diamonds are man-made/lab-created. All gold is SOLID and as advertised. Nothing less than the listed Karat weight.
