Item took too long to arrive and it was for a birthday present.

The watch itself is beautiful, unfortunately when it arrived we realized that it was missing a gasket (unbeknownst to the seller as well) so the bezel itself was popping off when adjusted. As we sought out repairs, the communication was top notch and the seller even offered to pay half of the repair fee. While I was disappointing that the gift my husband was meant to get for Christmas wasn’t wearable for a few months while it was being repaired, the customer service from purchase to now has been great.
