Thank you for sharing your opinion. We appreciate your feedback and want to clarify that we offer two sizes: "Kids" and "Adults". If customers don't specify the one they prefer, we use "Adults" size (the bigger one) as default.

2 out of 5 starsI finally received the product, but was very disappointed because all the characters are NOT consistence to the same size. Shouldn't they all 1 X 1 X 1.75 inches or 24 X 24 X 44 mm and space evenly! Especially the letter R and J (10X15X43mm) where the letter 'J' is practically unrecognizable!

This display is designed to showcase two words simultaneously, when viewed from a 45-degree angle on one side, one word appears, and when viewed from the opposite 45-degree angle, the other word becomes visible. This means the letters of the two words are arranged side-by-side to create this effect, rather than being directly aligned. Additionally, natural letter shape variations mean sizes may differ (e.g., ‘O’ vs. ‘I’), but we ensure proper spacing and readability. We’ve double-checked your design and verified that the letters were evenly spaced according to our design specifications. Thank you again for your time!
