Can I change the text/design on one of your display tags?
•Unfortunately we are not currently offering customized items at this time.
Can I get a smaller quantity than listed?
•Unfortunately due to increased postage charges we are not able to offer lower quantities than what is listed.
I accidentally bought this, can I cancel?
•We usually get to work pretty quickly on your order, so we do not accept cancellation requests on standard orders.
My tracking states delivered but I do not have the package can you refund or replace?
•If your package tracking is showing delivered, we can open a lost mail inquiry with USPS on your behalf. Please contact with your name/phone number.
•We also suggest contacting your local post office so they can ask your carrier about the package.
•Unfortunately if the package is marked as delivered by USPS we are not able to send a free replacement or issue a full refund since the insurance purchased with the package will not cover a delivered item.
•We can work with you to offer a discount to repurchase if that is something you'd be interested in, and offer the option for a free signature required on delivery upgrade for you.
I need these in hand by ......,can you guarantee?
•We are not able to offer any specific delivery date guarantees, once USPS has your item, we cannot accurately determine how quickly they will move the item to you.
What type of cardstock do you use for favor tags??
•We use medium weight 65lb 176gsm not the heavy weight 110lb gsm.
Do I get a proof? Can you send a proof before I buy?
•I am not able to offer proofs prior to purchase.
•Proofs are not sent unless requested at checkout for non custom orders.
Is ribbon or string included with the tags?
•Not at this time, the tags will come just as tags only.
Which shipping method do you use?
•Standard/free shipping in the continental 48 states is by USPS Ground Advantage.
•Items to Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories are by USPS Ground Advantage.
•We do offer shipping upgrades with USPS for additional fees.
The item is delayed & my event passed can you refund?
•We are not able to refund/exchange, or accept returns for any shipping delays.
•Customized items cannot be resold.
•If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us prior to purchase.
