Do you offer bulk item discounts?
Unfortunately it takes us just as much time and material to make 1 or 100 of these items so no we do not offer bulk item/order discounts. However, shipping will compound with each additional item you add to your cart to save you on shipping.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately since each of these items is custom made to your specific request we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an doubt about a products detail or size, please read through the listing description carefully. Any additional questions contact us directly before placing your order.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or not at all?
All items are insured. If in the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged or not at all, please contact us and we will file a claim for you to get you your money back. Please note, claims can take up to 4 weeks to process before you will receive a refund.
