Seller was very apologetic and went above and beyond to correct the problem with getting me my order.

I contacted seller to check on the status of my order since I didn’t see the order progressing. I sent another message and never heard back from either message. I never received my order and had to pay to have items rushed by another seller to get them in time for the event.

The way the item was described was that it was a permanent vinyl to use on tumblers and that it didn't need a sealant or anything over it. I had my cup gal make cups for my wedding and when she went to put these on we both noticed how flimsy the decals are. They are on the bridal party cups that I will be giving them in 28 short days and I am just praying and hoping they stay on.

The order only came with one name, not two and no one communicated with me in response to my messages. The decal itself is fine, I guess but the rest of the experience was poor.
