The quality turned out great! I had a small issue with downloading the file onto my device but the seller replied to my message really quickly and was able to get the file over to me in a way that I could access without hesitation.

The design is just what we wanted but the colors are so far off that it doesnt look like a hippo when it's stitched. Who wants glow in the dark orange around the eyes and not just a little bit of stitches. You cant break apart to adjust colors. I am messaging company to see if they can help.
