Best brush I've ever used

This knot is the most like an authentic badger brush of the 8 or so synthetic brushes I have tried. The flat top is a very rare shape but one of my favorites. I find they build lather more quickly compared to other configurations. They also facilitate “painting” motions for spreading lather on your face. This brush has very soft tips but at the same time has significant backbone that requires pretty good pressure to get the brush to splay out for face lathering. It is not the least bit floppy. If that’s what you are looking for, a less stiff brush, this isn’t the one for you. This knot is also small compared to larger bulb or fan brushes but a flat top tends to perform like a larger brush due to how it splays.

The item quality is very good maybe a bit more loft than I was expecting. I’m using it in my personal brush. It’ll take some getting used to.
