A Promised Hope Designs expresses creativity through the work of jewelry.
A Promised Hope Designs started because jewelry making is a hobby that I enjoy. It allows me the opportunity to express my creativity, and release stress. I enjoy letting the Lord create and display His glory through each piece of jewelry that is created.
I first began making jewelry with my aunt when I was in college. She taught me the basics of jewelry making, and I wanted to create more and more. I started with books and finding jewelry that I liked and try to recreate them.
I began selling my jewelry when I went on a mission trip to Lima, Peru in 2011. I then continued to make jewelry to fundraise for future mission trips in 2012, 2013 and 2015. The Lord has blessed the fruit of that work, and now He is asking me to sell my jewelry as a career.
My hopes with learning how to create and sell my jewelry, I will be able to educate and assist other women in creating and selling their own works as a source of income. I saw this strategy over the course of my mission trips. Seeing organizations walk alongside of women to help promote their strengths in creating beautiful artwork, then giving them a platform to sell in. I want to influence and empower women in my sphere of influence to do the same.
I pray that this shop brings glory to the Father, and brings hope to those who support through purchasing.
His Hope is an anchor for our souls!
