I am not taking any custom orders at this time for embroidery designs. I simply cannot keep up with working at home, helping my husband at the mill, and being the new youth pastors at our church. I have a very busy life outside of Etsy at this time and it's becoming increasingly difficult to keep up! I will work on suggested designs when I have time, but I will only work on digitizing items that DO NOT have a copyright or a trademark. I won't even consider trademarked/copyright designs. It's illegal for me to make them, and Etsy can shut my shop down for copyright infringement, so please don't ask. This includes other designers artwork, phrase, greeting card phrases or popular saying, logos, etc. I hope everyone understands.

Once I ship an item I no longer have control over that item/items and I am no longer responsble for that item/items. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items from shipment. I am not responsible for the shipping address being wrong. Make sure your shipping address on file with etsy is correct before you place an order. You must contact your post office in the event that an items tracking number says that the item has arrived, but for whatever reason you can't find it.

All the sizes I offer for each design are listed in the designs description. Unfortunately some designs are too complex to fit in a 4x4 hoop. Also, the hoop information listed in the details of each design is there for a reference. Since all embroidery machine manufacturers are different, you will need to refer to the exact dimension of the embroidery design which i have provided for every listing and make sure that it is compatible with you embroidery hoop/hoops. Refunds are not offered for incorrect hoop size. You are responsible for knowing your hoop sizes and making sure the designs listed will fit your hoops BEFORE you purchase the design. Most all of the photos that I use in my listings are mockup photos and not actual stitched items. Be sure to check the sizes of each design to make sure they will work for your projects.

To put this simply...No, I do not. You are responsible for knowing how your embroidery machine and computer work. I do not give refunds, credits or exchanges for designs being larger than you hoop size or for not offering the format your machine uses. Refunds are not offered for not entering the coupon code after checkout. ALL FORMATS and SIZES are listed in the description box of each embroidery design. Please read that information BEFORE you purchase a design.

1st. Check to make sure the design size is small enough to fit your hoop. 95% of the time, hoop size is the issue.

2nd. Contact me. I always do my best to help sort out any issues you may have. I will even email your order to you at my earliest convenience. (Usually the same day.)

You are purchasing digital files available for immediate download. I do not email the files to you. Etsy will email a link to you once your payment is cleared. You can also find your designs in the "purchases and reviews" tab in your Etsy account. Each design is provided in multiple machine formats and bundled together in a zip file. You must be able to unzip a file to use it. You MUST have an embroidery machine and the ability to transfer designs from your computer to your embroidery machine. This can be done with a thumb drive or with a cable that connects your computer and your embroidery machine together. Refer to your owners manual for instructions on how to do that.

Please know that a lot of time and effort goes into selecting fonts that
work together to create the designs that I sell. I cannot remember the names of all the fonts that I use and I am not licensed to sell all fints as digitized fonts sets. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes! Apon request!! I have a program that will do that, but please understand it may take me a day or 2 to get that information to you. My computer that I work with is not in my home. I will get the information to you once I return to my shop on my next working day. ALSO, please keep in mind that thread colors will vary from computer screen colors. Your computer screen resolution may be vastly diffrent than thread color in hand, so you may need to use your best judgement.
