What are the materials of your products?
Comfort Colors T-shirt, made entirely from soft, ring-spun cotton. The fabric is pigment-dyed and soft-washed, giving it a relaxed vintage feel that only gets better with time. Its relaxed fit makes it perfect for everyday wear, while the double-needle stitching and seamless construction ensure lasting comfort and durability.
Are your items personalized?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with names or custom text. If you have a different customization idea, feel free to send us a message before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually produced within 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days after production. International shipping may take longer.
Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?
We'll process your order as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee a specific delivery date because shipping carriers occasionally experience delays.
How do I choose the correct size?
Every listing includes a detailed size chart. We recommend comparing the measurements with a favorite shirt before placing your order, as items cannot usually be exchanged for sizing mistakes.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we can only accept cancellations or changes within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order goes into production and cannot be changed.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please send us a message with photos of the issue within a few days of delivery. We'll work quickly to provide a replacement.
How should I wash my item?
To keep your item looking its best, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors.
- Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
- Do not dry clean.
- Avoid ironing directly on the printed design.
