    The Art of Ardonn

    I am a self taught Gold smith Living and creating at my Studio.

    I like to take an approach of creating around a gemstone.
    A gemstone is a source of beauty and inspiration, its fine cut lines and beautifully laid out geometric grid inspires me to creating something unique around it and let it not go to waste.

    I think Jewelry is a superior form of Art both technically and for the emotion that can be attached with a piece, much like a song or a smell that takes you back.
    Most of my days i spend in my Workshop which is on top of a recently opened Ardonn Jewelry boutique.
    We Work around the clock pretty much.
    Attending to orders, quoting prices for new inquiries and serving our international customers.

    I sincerely try to mix a classical approach with constantly trying to reinvent the timeless designs with my own take on them.
    There is nothing better that doing what you love for a living,

    Accepted payment methods

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
    Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
    Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Returns and exchange details
    REFUNDS

    All items are fully refundable under the following terms:

    - Buyer must notify us that he is interested in a refund within 3 days of Delivery confirmation.(NO EXCEPTIONS).

    *During holiday season an extended return window may apply please see our shop message announcements for details.

    - Items must be mailed back to Our Studio using Our recommended Service for your country to prevent delays, issues with customs.
    Our interest is to get the item back safely with minimal shipping costs and get you refunded as soon as possible.

    - Item must be in perfect unused condition.
    * Please do not send items back to us before communicating with us.
    ** Eternity rings & Custom orders may incur up to %20 restocking fee.
    *** Items on sale are not eligible for return.

    Please take care in reading the descriptions carefully, especially the measurements of rings (Width, Thickness etc) these are provided in the description.
    If in doubt please contact us before purchasing.
    If you require a sketch or a 1:1 true to scale print out please contact us and we will happily provide this for you within 12-24 hours.

    A refund will be given within 1-2 business days of receiving the item back minus the Post and packaging costs.


    Size Issues:

    Please take care to order the correct size for your ring!
    There are many guides out there but there is no substitute to having your ring size measured by a jeweler.
    If a buyer makes a mistake of the ring being too big we will resize it FREE OF CHARGE but shipping costs are $15-$60 depending on your location and the value of your ring in such a case we will send you an etsy listings with relevant shipping cost and supply you afterwards with a shipping label to us (US only).

    If a buyer makes a mistake and the ring is too small a charge of $20-$70 will be applied depending on the difference in size (Gold rings only, Silver rings are $15-20)

    If we have made an error with your ring size we will cover shipping and all other costs.

    IMPORTANT-ETERNITY RINGS:

    *Whilst it is possible to resize eternity rings it takes much longer to do and usually some stone and gold is lost in the process, therefor eternity rings resizing will be quoted specifically and the price will be affected by the gold karat and stones for your particular ring.

    WARRANTY
    ------------------------
    We have a great track record with our items lasting for many years in an excellent condition, however for piece of mind we offer a 1 year guarantee on all items.
    This condition covers: Craftsmanship & Gemstones issues but not accidental damage or losing your item.
    If something does happen to your ring please still contact me and i will do everything i can to restore it at a nominal fee when possible.

    However after 6 months if you need a repair you may have to cover one way shipping which could be between $10-$20 depending on your items value & location
    Payment
    We accept Credit card payments through Pay Pal.
    You may cancel an order within 24 hours (Pay pal Transaction time).
    After that restocking fee of up to %15 will take place.

    Please note ALL ITEMS are handmade to order and take time, Labor and material.
    Once an order is received we normally get to work on it within 24 hours so we can have it made and shipped as fast as possible.

    E-checks are waited to be cleared until product is shipped which can result in an item shipping after the official etsy shipping date.

    We take our utmost care to ship items as fast as possible, Items arrive in our branded box within a protective bubble wrap envelope.
    We pride ourselves with a great shipping track record and many returning customers!

    If you placed a Custom order with us we will send you a photo of the completed jewel to confirm we can ship it.
    Custom orders are shipped ONLY AFTER a photo of the completed jewel is confirmed by the buyer, please take note this could cause delays if you are unavailable online.

    ***Please always Let us know if you have an important Date you must have your item by.***
    Otherwise items will be shipped based on the etsy "ship by" date or beforehand.

    US customers Enjoy FREE SHIPPING! Normally 5-8 business days anywhere in the US.
    European Customers Standard Shipping may take between 6-12 days and costs $12 on average.

    **Please note Ardonn does not have control over final transit time, The times above are average and are true for %99 of cases.
    Storms, Strikes, Higher force intervention may sometimes get in the way and even though Ardonn staff will assist to our best abilities delays may occur from time to time.

    Express shipping option are available during checkout.
    The fast service is DHL Day Worldwide (1-3 business days) and Costs $12-$28 depending on your location

    -All of the shipments are provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation
    -All of the shipments are fully insured, If a package is lost you will receive a full refund/New item.
    -International customs charges on the buyers side are the buyers responsibility US customer do not pay international TAX.

    MATERIALS
    ------------------------

    All items are Made from high end recycled solid gold or sterling silver.
    Most listings are available in your choice of Karat either 9K, 10K, 14K or 18K in Rose, Yellow or White Gold.
    * White gold is always Rhodium plated unless stated OR requested otherwise.

    Some listings will have "14K gold Vermeil" as an option.
    14K Gold Vermeil is Sterling Silver(925) with a heavy 5 Micron gold plating and is extremely resilient and suitable for daily wear
    ** Please refrain from exposing to corrosive chemicals, bleach etc.. other wise no need to take off (Shower safe, Pool safe and ocean safe)

    FINISH

    Items are finished as shown in the listings photo, if you wish to have a polished item finished matte or vice versa please let us know before or during checkout, we are more then happy to customize every aspect to suit your personal taste.

    If you need your item fast please get in touch before ordering.
    We are normally able to accommodate most deadlines by prioritizing your order and/or using Express shipping.

    Gift wrapping and packaging

    All Ardonn items arrive in a perfect and gift ready "ARDONN" branded box.
    This box is also ideal if you travel with your jewelry.
    Items over $500 get a Italian stitches gift box (Light teal colored)

    Custom and personalized orders

    Custom requests are our specialty, if you can draw it we can make it.
    If you cant draw it, we can draw it for you.
    We have a rich selection of Diamonds & Gemstones from all over the world and take an approach of no budget too small.
    If you want a unique one of a kind item with a price tag that will pleasantly surprise you look no further!

    Production time

    Most items will take between 4-8 business days to make, allow extra days around the busy season.
    Custom made orders normally take longer depending on the complexity of the order and if gemstones needs to be sourced before the work can begin.

    Installment plan

    We offer the possibility to pay in multiple partial payments, that way you can purchase an item in a pace most comfortable to you.

    Sizing details

    We use standard US ring sizing, If you are unsure about your ring size in US ring sizing just message and we can help you
    Or you can purchase your item of choice and leave a note with your ring size in any other ring size scale or the inside diameter of a current ring in millimeters and we will convert it to a US sizing.

    If you don`t know your ring size then the best way is to visit a local jeweler for a professional measurement
