Yes! I’m a small, custom-design studio. Share your idea (name, photo, colors, occasion) and I’ll sketch a concept to fit our pastel style.
2) How do I personalize my order?
Add names/dates/notes in the “Personalization” box. For photo items, send a clear, well-lit photo via Etsy Messages.
3) Can I get a proof?
For photo/name items, I’m happy to provide a digital preview on request. Please reply promptly so I can keep your order moving.
4) How many revisions are included?
I’ll revise until you’re happy. We’ll keep refining text, crop, layout, and colors within your chosen design style until it feels just right.
5) What’s your return/replacement policy for personalized items?
Because items are made to order, returns aren’t typical. If there’s a print/quality issue, I’ll make it right with a replacement or fix.
6) Can you do rush orders?
Often, yes. Send me your timeframe and I’ll confirm what’s possible before you purchase.
7) Do you offer wholesale or bulk gifting?
