Shipping took months. but we are in a pandemic so I understand it’s out of the sellers hands. I had a blast making my little soaps today. The instructions are a little confusing, but with common sense it can easily be figured out. There was a little less in the box than I was thinking I’d get, but it was a fun project for a lazy Sunday morning.

Quality wasn't as expected. Would not purchase again.

Has been in pre-transit since April How could I get a refund?

I have not received my package and the seller did not offer to refund me my money. My package was supposed to be delivered by May 27th, it is now July 6th. I understand shipping delays but this is absurd. I'm very disappointed. Update: Etsy nor the shop would refund me, claiming because it was shipped I was no longer eligible. I’m so disappointed in the terrible customer service regarding this order on both ends. Especially when looking at other reviews and almost every customer had the same complaint over the last 2-3 months. I moved AFTER the promised delivery date (which spanned one full month). Why should I be to blame/charged for a product that I never received??

Never received item. Ordered in April still no item and its July.

Non delivery.....order placed11th May....it is now July 1st!!!! The shop is in Melbourne and so am I...!!!!! Really inexcusable....

Loved this little stacking doll paint set! I ordered two so my mom and I could do them together for Mother’s Day. Shipping took FOREVER but I know that the seller shipped immediately so it must have been a shipping issue (COVID or crossing countries...I’m not sure). That was frustrating but it was worth the wait! Loved this and would purchase from this seller again. Thanks!
